Conclusion-Prostate Cancer
Early the detection of prostate cancer better the prognosis. Developed countries have screening for prostate cancer which makes early diagnosis possible. But in India as with any other cancer, patients become symptomatic and then seek treatment. As a result, the patients report at advanced stages at which point the prognosis may not be very good. Experts say that, though prostate cancer very common in India and the mortality due to the cancer is very high, still the awareness among the public is very low.
